NewPay, a subsidiary of Lao National Digital Technology Group (LADT), is Laos' first fintech enterprise and currently the only licensed third-party payment institution in the country. It is also a state-designated compliant payment platform appointed by the Bank of Laos. NewPay supports various popular payment tools such as Visa, Union Pay, Alipay, and WeChat for account top-ups and QR code payments. It facilitates seamless multi-currency transfers with lower transaction fees. Since its establishment in 2020, NewPay has gradually grown into one of the most prominent digital technology enterprises in Laos. It has also represented the country as a leading tech enterprise during international visits by Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone at major global conferences, serving as a flagship name for Lao technology enterprises. While enhancing user payments, NewPay also expands merchant acquisition channels. To date, NewPay has served over 20,000 merchants and 1 million consumers.

We are seeking to recruit a professional Marketing Director with a passion for adding increasing growth by identifying new opportunities and helping lead marketing efforts. 4. Risk control and compliance execution.
